ABOUT US

Tia McCoun is owner and creative director of Ms. Tia’s Arts-N-Sparks, an enrichment learning service which provides arts and science events, programs, rental products and kits to schools, non profit organizations, businesses and families or groups.  

McCoun also owns Executive Advocates, LLC and has coached, led, served and taught business leaders,  executives, volunteer and development teams, communication departments, and business managers to find new and innovative solutions toward personal and professional transformation and membership growth.   Motivational public speaking, launching pilot projects, finding clients new strategic alliances, strategic and tactical planning and creativity coaching are among her areas of expertise.

Over her career, McCoun has designed, promoted and implemented thousands of weekly and monthly youth educational programs, trips or events.  For clients she has designed a 10th Anniversary for an urban After School program with featured speaker Stedman Graham, secured a book deal for a new author now 15th print, produced a youth weekend retreat for multiple non-English (Chinese) speaking churches, wrote curriculum for women’s retreats, worked on the Templeton Foundation International Celebration for Archibald Wheeler’s 100th Birthday,  and produced a collaborative author signing event in Harlem , New York.   Some of her current programs reach out to special needs community members. 

McCoun holds a master of divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, N.J.  She also has a B.A in sociology from Lafayette College, Easton, PA.   She is a member of Network Now, and previously a member of the Business & Professional Women’s Association in Souderton/Telford area, the Women’s Referral Network in Montgomery County, the Delaware County and Indian Valley Chambers of Commerce, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.    She volunteers at White Flicker wild bird rehabilitation clinic.
